Terms and conditions

What income can a trainer earn by publishing courses?

It all depends on how much the proposed course will sell. This is given by the level of interest of potential students to enroll as well as the quality of the course. The trainer will receive an income of 35% of the value of the receipts. To this 35% can be added another 30% if the trainer is also affiliated (he is responsible for selling his own course).

What is the price level at which the courses are sold?

At the moment the price range is between 25 Euro and 150 Euro. It depends on the demand from the students, the quality of the course, the duration of the course, the form of accreditation or certification.

What should be the duration of a course?

There is no minimum duration but we recommend that a course should have a minimum of 8 hours. There is no maximum, however we do not recommend a duration of more than 40 hours of course.

What should an online course contain?

The online courses published in the KPI Talents platform are courses that contain video, pdf support, useful links to various tools that ensure interactivity. So an online course must also contain video lessons but also support materials (audio, text, worksheets, interactive tests integrated in the KPI Talents platform, etc.).

Who insures the filming of the course?

All the materials related to interactivity and video are currently the responsibility of the Trainer. It is very possible that in the future we will offer the facility to make films at our headquarters. This means that the videos will meet technically high standards (video, audio and editing).

When do I collect the money?

At the end of each month, the sales for the current month are counted. The maximum refund period is expected, a period that involves the return of amounts for dissatisfied customers (100% guarantee of 30 days), and then within 7 days the amounts are paid.

What does the affiliate option entail?

Yes, this is the option we recommend. This means that you receive a percentage of 35% of all sales made, to which is added a percentage of 30% for sales generated by you. This feature is provided whenever you promote your own sales-generating course. Revenues may also increase if other courses are purchased. Basically, you can earn a maximum of 65% of your own courses.

Can anyone request the publication of the course on the online course platform KPI Talents?

Everyone is welcome, but we reserve the right to decide whether or not to publish a course. It has a lot to do with the quality of the course, the value it brings to future students. We want to ensure quality for our customers and collaborators and to protect our brand, that's why quality standards are a priority for KPI Talents.

Why would it be more advantageous to publish my course on KPI Talents and not on other existing platforms or on my own platform?

Each platform has its own benefits that may be of interest to you. In the KPI Talents platform the key benefit is that you can take care of the creation of the course, the legal part, the technical and marketing support remaining in charge of KPI Talents.

What is the expenditure and revenue structure of the platform?

From 100% of the revenues, they are distributed as follows: 35% the author, 30% who makes the sale (affiliate, author representing KPI Talents, etc.), 25% are direct and indirect costs (estimated) and 15% platform profit (estimated).

What is the legal form of collaboration?

The author may receive for copyright the amount of 35% in any form we agree. It can be a copyright contract, PFA or SRL. It is the author's decision.

If you opt for copyright, the withholding taxes, valid at the time of payment, will be withheld. The percentages are calculated from the amounts without VAT.
